Q: How much do acrylic quinceañera invitations cost?

A: Acrylic invitation pricing varies by design and quantity. You can see exact pricing directly on each product page — no quote is needed. All acrylic invitation prices include free envelopes and USPS Priority shipping.


Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?

A: Yes. Acrylic invitations have a minimum order of 35 invitations per order. Laser cut invitations have a minimum order of 50 invitations. In some cases, we may offer smaller quantities for an additional per-invite charge — please contact us for details.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Zelle, and Affirm (for monthly payments). For Zelle, please send full payment to invitationsbyluissanchez@gmail.com within one hour of placing your order — otherwise the order will be canceled and will need to be resubmitted.

Affirm Disclosure: Payment options through Affirm are subject to eligibility and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount and may include interest. See affirm.com for details.


Q: How will I receive my design proof?

A: After placing your order, we begin working on your design within 24 hours and send your proof to the email address you provided. Please check your inbox (and spam) for emails from us. If you don’t respond within one week, we can resend your proof via text message using the phone number on your order. We will not begin printing until you approve your proof.


Q: I need my invitations quickly — can I place a rush order?

A: Yes, rush orders are available on some designs for an additional $50 fee. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability. You can add this rush fee to your order when selections the shipping speed at checkout. 


Q: Are envelopes included with my order?

A: Yes! Every invitation order includes free envelopes sized to fit the invitation style you choose. Envelope colors are matched to your invitation style by default, and you can request a specific color in the Notes to Seller box at checkout.


Q: Do acrylic invitations come with envelopes?

A: Yes! All acrylic and PVC invitations include free envelopes in the color of your choice, sized for the appropriate thickness of invitation you choose (clear acrylic or PVC). .


Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is FREE on all orders. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, and rush orders may be shipped with FedEx depending on timing and destination.


Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Turnaround time depends on the invitation style:

  • Laser Cut Invitations: Approximately 2–3 weeks

  • Acrylic Invitations: Around 3–4 weeks

  • Vellum Invitations: Approximately 1–2 weeks
    Actual delivery time depends on your location and USPS Priority shipping times. If you need a more specific estimate, feel free to contact us.


Q: Do you offer RSVP cards, detail cards, or other inserts?

A: Yes! We offer additional insert cards for your invitation suite:

  • RSVP Cards: $1.00 each (small response envelope included) 
    All RSVP cards are designed to match your invitation.

  • Additional Insert Cards: $0.75 each
    All insert cards are designed to match your invitation.

Just like the invitations, be sure to add the exact amount of RSVP Cards/Insert Cards you need to your cart. 


Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: Yes! We offer a 10%, 15%, or 20% discount on acrylic invitation orders during the first week of every month (minimum order of 35 invitations required). Discounts appear automatically in your cart at checkout when eligible. Be sure to subscribe to our emails for updates and promotions.


Q: Can I customize the color of my invitations?

A: Yes! All invitations are fully customizable to match your event’s color scheme and theme. Just include your desired colors in the Notes to Seller box at checkout.


Q: Can acrylic invitations be mailed with regular stamps?

A: Acrylic invitations can be mailed, but mailing requirements vary by post office and the thickness you choose (PVC or thicker acrylic). Some USPS offices allow regular postage, while others may require package shipping due to rigidity. Because of this variation, many clients choose to hand-deliver acrylic invitations to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We recommend checking with your local post office for guidance before mailing.


Q: Do the acrylic invitations have actual glitter/shimmer?

A: No — the glitter or shimmer you see on acrylic designs is printed with regular ink and won’t reflect light like real glitter. If you want a shimmery look, check out our foiled acrylic invitation options.


Q: Will my printed invitations look exactly like the digital proof?

A: Printed colors may look slightly different than what you see on a phone or computer screen due to differences in displays and print processes, but our clients consistently tell us they are happy with the quality and accuracy of our printed invitations.


Q: Can I order a sample invitation before placing a full order?

A: Yes — we have sample listings available for certain designs. Do not place a single invitation order from the regular invitation pages if you intend a sample; those orders will be canceled. Instead, order from the designated Sample Invitation listing. If a sample is not available for a design, we’re happy to send a complimentary digital proof so you can preview your invitation before ordering.
