Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we have a minimum order quantity of 50 Invitations per order for Laser Cut Invitations. And for Acrylic Invitations, we have a minimum order quantity of 35 Invitations. In some instances, we are able to offer less than 50 Laser Cut Invitations/35 Acrylic Invitations on some invitation styles for an additional $0.75-$1.25 each (additional price varying on the invitation style and amount you need). Please contact us for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

Right now we accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Zelle and Affirm. 

For Zelle Payments, please send full payment to invitationsbyluissanchez@gmail.com via Zelle through your mobile banking app.You must submit the payment within one hour of placing the order on my website. If payment isn't received within an hour, your order will be canceled and you will have to resubmit the order. 

For Affirm payments, you will need to create an account which you can do through the Affirm App. 

Payment options through Affirm are subject to eligibility, may not be available in all states, and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. CA residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law license.

How will I receive my design proof?

Once your order is placed, we will begin working on your design within 24 hours and send it to the email address that you include on the order. Please make sure you are checking your correct email account for emails from us. If you do not answer our email within a week, we will send you the design via text message using the number included on the order. We will not begin printing until you give us the approval on the design.

I need my Invitations ASAP, can I place a Rush Order?

If you'd like to place a Rush Order, please contact us prior to submitting your order. Some designs can be rushed, but not all. This will vary on the current stock we have with us. Depending on the design, a Rush Fee of $50 will be added to your order. We need at least two weeks to work on your rush order, so please plan with enough time for you to hand your invitations out to your guests.

Are envelopes included in the price?

Yes, all invitations will include their mailing envelopes. The color of the envelope will match the color of the invitation you choose. You can also request a color in the Notes to Seller box at checkout. 

How much is Shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders! Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail services, and rush orders are shipped with FedEx.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This will vary on the amount of invitations and the design you choose. Most Laser Cut Invitation orders can be completed within 2-3 weeks. Acrylic Invitation orders take around 3-4 weeks to complete. And Vellum Invitation orders can take around 1-2 weeks. This is something we can discuss when placing your order.

Do you offer RSVP Cards/Detail Cards/Reception Cards/etc.?

Yes! We offer additional insert cards at an additional price. RSVP Cards will be an additional $1.00 each (Small Response Envelope included). Additional insert cards will be an additional $0.75 each. The cards will match the design of the Invitation Card you choose. 

Do you offer Discounts?

Yes! Every first week of every month we offer 10% off Acrylic Invitation orders. The discount will appear automatically in your cart during checkout. You must purchase the minimum order amount of 35 invitations in order to receive the discount. Be sure to sign up and subscribe to our emails for sale announcements! 

Can I change the color of the Invitations to match my theme?

Yes! All Invitations are 100% Customizable to best fit your event color scheme and theme.

Do the Acrylic Invitations have actual Glitter/Shimmer on them?

No, the glitter/shimmer on the Acrylic Invitation designs are just images printed onto the acrylic with regular ink. They will not shimmer in the light like actual glitter does. This is different than our Foiled Acrylic Invitations where the foil is shimmery. 

Do the Acrylic Invitations look exactly like the Digital Proof?

It's impossible to compare a computer/phone screen to a printed object. Colors and sharpness may look different in person when comparing it to the digital proofs. We've never had a complaint regarding our printing methods. All of our customers have been very happy with the quality of our Acrylic Invitations.  

Am I able to purchase a Sample Invitation before placing the full order?

We only have Samples available for certain designs. Please DO NOT place an order for one invitation on the invitation pages. If you place an order for one invitation, the order will be canceled. There is a designated listing on the website to order Sample Invitations:

Please read the description on the Sample Invitation page for more information. If we don't have a sample available, we will gladly email you a Digital Proof for free of the Invitation with your information on it so you can get an idea of what it would look like prior to placing the full order.
